Career Coach: Empower Employment for People with Disabilities

ARC Voyagers in Columbus, OH is seeking a Career Coach to provide individualized employment support, career counseling, and job coaching for individuals with disabilities. You will help clients identify goals, prepare resumes, and connect with local employers to create meaningful job opportunities. You’ll work 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday, in a full-time role that emphasizes inclusive employment, community partnerships, and ongoing professional growth.
