HR Coordinator

Now Hiring For An Indianapolis Human Resources Coordinator

Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and background checks

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Assist employees with routine HR questions and requests

Support payroll and benefits administration

Coordinate employee engagement activities

Manage employee uniforms, badges, and vendor communications

Assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks

Support recruiting and temporary employee coordination as needed

At least 1 year of HR experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures

Experience with HR systems preferred

Payroll experience preferred

Spanish-English bilingual skills preferred

$22 - $24 Estimated Hourly Pay
