Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.

Maintain current professional certification while employed.
