What’s a typical day as Customer Relations Specialist? You’ll be: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from initial contact through fulfillment. Proactively engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and providing updates on order status and warranty claims. Supporting sales representatives and distribution partners, preparing quotations, processing orders, and generating reports for sales and distribution activities. Collaborating with internal teams—including sales, accounting, operations, and production—to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience. Managing communications across phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Developing in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored solutions and recommendations to customers. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales (experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing industries is a plus). Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, and a team-oriented approach. Are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new CRM systems and technologies. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
