As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead our enterprise-wide growth strategy and accelerate expansion across the Federal marketplace.

Clearance

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Active Secret or higher preferred.

Position Summary

The Chief Growth Officer serves as a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for developing and executing WITS Solutions' corporate growth strategy. The CGO will lead all aspects of business development, capture management, proposal operations, strategic partnerships, market intelligence, and pipeline management to drive sustainable revenue growth.

This executive will build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders while ensuring disciplined execution of the company's business development lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract award.

The successful candidate will possess a proven history of winning Federal Government contracts and building scalable growth organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute the company's annual and long-term growth strategy.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline that supports annual revenue objectives.
• Identify new markets, agencies, contract vehicles, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Recommend investments that maximize long-term growth and profitability.

Business Development Leadership

• Lead all business development activities across the company.
• Establish customer engagement strategies with executive-level government officials.
• Develop agency-specific account plans.
• Drive opportunity qualification using disciplined gate reviews.
• Ensure opportunity investments align with corporate priorities.

Capture Management

• Direct capture activities for strategic pursuits.
• Develop winning strategies for priority opportunities.
• Lead Black Hat sessions, competitive assessments, and solution development.
• Build customer and partner relationships throughout the capture lifecycle.

Proposal Operations

• Oversee proposal management from pre-RFP through submission.
• Ensure proposal quality, compliance, compelling messaging, and differentiators.
• Improve proposal processes and increase overall win probability.
• Establish standardized proposal templates and best practices.

Strategic Partnerships

• Develop relationships with prime contractors, small businesses, OEMs, and technology partners.
• Negotiate strategic teaming agreements.
• Expand WITS Solutions' partner ecosystem.

Executive Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Provide regular growth forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Present growth metrics and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable growth culture.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of Federal Government contracting experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading Business Development and Capture organizations.
• Demonstrated success winning large, complex Federal contracts.
• Experience managing opportunities exceeding NAM Total Contract Value.
• Extensive relationships throughout the Federal marketplace.
• Experience leading executive customer engagements.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Exceptional executive communication skills.

• Extensive experience utilizing AI tools for Business Development

Preferred

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting both DoD and Civilian agencies.
• Experience growing a small or mid-sized government contractor.
• Familiarity with major contract vehicles including OASIS+, GSA MAS, DLA JETS 2.0 and GWACs.
