Accountable for financial, employee, and guest service goals of the department. Work areas include office, parking lot, lobby and on hill ski or riding. Requirements Experience in supervising people High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred. Strong work ethic. Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees and management. Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines and solve problems using common sense and department policy. Must have computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance - including seasonal performance reviews. High level of emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation Proven leadership experience in managing employees and fostering teamwork Ability to effectively resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, shoveling snow, and working in varying weather conditions, including direct sun and adverse weather Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a ski resort setting Hourly pay rate: $22.77 to $24.58 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
