Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed. Actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners). Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1+ year experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills. Comfortable embracing new technology and change with a high level of accuracy. Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Self‑motivated with a demonstrated ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $16.07 – $22.48 per hour. Competitive bonus and/or commission plans may also be offered.
