As part of a team, youll contribute to exceeding customer standards, managing inspection plans, and supporting continuous improvement in a dynamic industry. Essential functions: Ensure product is to customer specifications and standards. Use tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers and various gauges as needed. Read and understand blueprints. Ensures all inspection and quality plan requirements to exceed customer standards. Recommends inspection and quality plan modifications when applicable. Ensures all measurement devices are appropriate and readily available. Ensures all measurement device records are accurate and complete. Coordinates all internal and external calibrations. Assists with Internal audits. Required Skills/Abilities: General machining knowledge. 3 years of CMM experience. Understands ISO requirements and familiar with ISO audits. Ability to interpret blueprints and customer specifications, including GD&T features. Ability to use calibers, micrometers, and other measuring tools as needed. Proficient with Word and Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Well-developed teamwork and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
