Pharmacovigilance Specialist I

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our close-knit, welcoming team. In this role, you will play a critical part in patient safety by monitoring and processing adverse event reports. Responsibilities: Monitor, process, and distribute adverse event reports and product complaints received from consumers and healthcare professionals. Prepare and submit adverse event cases to the FDA and regulatory partners accurately and on time. Review safety and medical information for assigned pharmaceutical products, including safety components of protocols and studies. Perform daily data entry and manipulation using ScriptMed, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDFs based on a shared email assignment log. Prepare and mail time-sensitive documentation required for processing adverse event cases. Meet daily performance expectations by accurately completing 33 reports per 8-hour shift. Requirements & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred). 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related work experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic computer keyboarding skills. Excellent attention to detail with organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Medical assistance, project coordination, or basic knowledge of adverse events is highly preferred.
