About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Janesville, Wisconsin. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 0.9 FTE
• Every third weekend required
• Holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Utilize critical thinking to identify and escalate patient care concerns appropriately
• Support continuity of care across departments and units
• Float to other inpatient units as needed based on census and staffing requirements

Requirements

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Education Verification Required
• Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or relevant inpatient nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
