• mzon Chnnel Mngement:
• Own or mzon Seller Centrl ccont, mnging everything from FB inventory, overll ccont helth, crete new proct listings, n liison with or mzon representtives.
• Collborting with or in-hose cretive tem, evelop n execte mzon s (Sponsore Procts, Sponsore Brns) to increse sles velocity n win the By Box.
• Monitor ccont helth n implement strtegies to protect or brn n grow or mrket shre.
• 2C Chnnel Mngement:
• Mnge or primry 2C Shopify store (glopls.com), incling bsic theme eits, pp integrtions, n light pge cretion / moifictions.
• Own n grow or cstomer enggement pltforms, incling the Yotpo loylty progrm ("Pl Perks") n or existing sbscription plgin.
• Mnge or B2B Shopify site, ensring semless experience for or wholesle prtners.
• Mintin plse on or legcy glocbes.com site.
• tilize Shopify Flows n other tools to tomte processes n improve site merchnising.
• Own the /B testing n conversion rte optimiztion (CRO) romp for ll sites.
• Pi vertising, Emil, & Cretive Collbortion:
• Le the t-riven Feebck Loop: ct s the strtegic prtner to or in-hose Cretive Tem. Yo will nlyze performnce (ROS, CP, CVR) n closely mnge externl gencies on the following:
• Cmpign Mngement: Yo will plo, mnge, n optimize the cretive ssets provie by the tem cross ll pi chnnels (Met, Google s, TikTok, etc.).
• Emil & Loylty Mrketing: Own or Klviyo emil progrm. Work with the cretive tem to esign n execte engging cmpigns tht rive revene n promote or loylty progrm ("Pl Perks"), sbscriptions, n ltimtely rive 2C conversions.
• Bget & Strtegy: Mnge the fll e-commerce bget with relentless focs on profitble ROS n scling revene.
• nlytics & Reporting:
• efine, own, n be ble to rive of ll e-commerce KPIs.
• Trck n report on chnnel performnce (ROS, CP, OV, CVR) n provie cler, ctionble insights to the leership tem.

• Yo hve 5+ yers of hns-on experience mnging n scling both mzon Seller Centrl n 2C Shopify store.
• Yo hve light technicl skills n re not fri to get into bsic Shopify theme eiting or set p Shopify plgins to work with ech other (leving proct review reslts in cstomer getting Yotpo loylty points, n then sens "thnk yo" emil in Klviyo, for exmple).
• Experience with loylty n sbscription pltforms (like Yotpo, Rechrge, etc.) is mjor pls.
• Yo re nlyticl n t-riven . Yo live in the nmbers n cn clerly explin wht they men.
• Yo re n exceptionl commnictor n collbortor, with experience working in t-riven feebck loop with cretive tems.
