KS Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Warehouse Clekr to support warehouse and logistics operations in the Northwest Houston Area. The Logistics Clerk/CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers while managing customer orders, inventory, inbound and outbound transactions, shipments, and customer communications.

This position plays a key role in coordinating operations across multiple warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer service.

Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers and manage day-to-day customer communications.
• Process inbound receipts and outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and inventory activities across multiple warehouse locations.
• Monitor order status and ensure shipments are processed and delivered according to customer deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, inventory, and quality teams to resolve operational and customer-related issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, shipments, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and transaction history within company systems.
• Follow customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and established processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with customer audits as needed.
• Utilize warehouse and order management systems to process orders, track inventory, and maintain accurate operational records.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a warehouse, logistics, transportation, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• Experience with order processing, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Experience using a  Warehouse Management System (WMS)and/or  Order Management System (OMS) .
• Proficiency with:
• NetSuite
• Extensive 3PL Warehouse Manager (3PL WMS)
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
