As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior People Business Partner to help support our people and business objectives.Basic FunctionThe Senior People Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering closely with the business to drive talent initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational developmentCoach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership effectivenessSupport employee relations matters and provide guidance on policy interpretationDrive talent development, succession planning, and retention initiativesSupport change management and organizational growth effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement people programs and processesAnalyze workforce data and provide recommendations to support business decisionsQualificationsRequired8+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner experienceStrong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and performance practicesProven ability to influence leaders and navigate complex people mattersStrong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsPreferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldSHRM or HRCI certificationExperience supporting a high-growth or fast-paced organizationLocation: California (Hybrid)EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
