About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The successful candidate will serve as an operational partner, supporting the coordination of diverse business activities and enabling the CEO to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. This role is pivotal in fulfilling the CEO's commitments to various internal and external parties, including physician shareholders, employed physicians, operational leaders, and the Board of Directors. The Chief of Staff will have broad visibility into the organization, identify challenges, and develop solutions, and will be integral in meeting and agenda planning. Strong emotional intelligence, humility, self-motivation, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to build consensus and manage competing requests. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least ten years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on a range of areas that prepare them for a broad spectrum of responsibilities. The role requires the ability to operate in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Supervisory experience and a proven track record of managing teams are necessary. The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful individual with excellent organizational, diplomatic, and relationship management skills, and the ability to interact with executives to achieve common goals. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for supervising the Administrative Manager and overseeing the work of all EAs, so leadership and the ability to motivate a team are key.
