Property Manager at The Robert and North Park Townhomes

Job Title: Property Manager Employment Type : Full-time
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: This position manages an apartment community and a set of townhomes totaling 76 units. The primary location is the office at The Robert Apartments. Reliable transportation is required to attend to the townhomes.

The Robert (55-unit apartment community): 4750 N Albina Ave, Portland, OR 97217
North Park Townhomes (21 units):
- Michigan: 5737 N Michigan Ave, Portland, OR 97217
- Holland: 207 N Holland St, Portland, OR 97217
- Ainsworth: 1022 N Ainsworth St, Portland, OR 97217

Reports to: Portfolio Manager

Compensation Package:

Competitive hourly pay rate of $30.00
Leasing commission opportunities
Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00
Monthly phone allowance of $50.00
20% rent discount available
