Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver differentiated lesson plans tailored to students’ unique abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive, productive learning environment
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, IEPs, and compliance records
• Implement behavior management strategies to support student engagement and growth
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
