Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $518.70/hour

What You'll Do

• Lead medical oncology inpatient team, supervising advanced practice providers
• Manage 20-25 inpatient oncology and hematology consultations daily
• Perform routine and special procedures for malignant and benign cases
• Oversee and document all new and ongoing patient cases same-day
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration across hospital units
• Manage overnight call from home, focusing on medical oncology-specific issues
• Provide consultation and supervision for complex oncology cases
• Participate in coverage scheduling for outpatient services, with minimal after-hours duties

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota medical license or IMLC
• Board Certification in Oncology and Hematology
• Experience with inpatient malignant medical oncology and hematology consults
• Comfortable managing all ranges of oncology patient needs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
