MLM Home Improvement is seeking a motivated Home Restoration Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs, provide expert recommendations, and guide them through the restoration process from consultation to project completion. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations with prospective customers, assessing damage and recommending appropriate restoration solutions, presenting project proposals and pricing to homeowners, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, collaborating with field marketing and operations teams, and maintaining accurate records in company CRM systems. Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated results-driven mindset, the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. Home improvement or construction knowledge is a plus.
