The Bilingual Call Center Supervisor will lead a medium-sized team of 11-30 agents providing inbound customer service support. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer interactions and efficient team performance, while fostering a positive work environment without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of 11-30 call center agents
- Oversee inbound customer service calls to maintain service excellence
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Manage scheduling to optimize coverage and productivity
- Ensure quality assurance standards are consistently met
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in call center operations
