This role is essential in helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feedingProvide personal care and emotional supportMonitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staffTake and record vital signsMaintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residentsWork collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team membersQualificationsMust be 18 years or olderActive CNA certification in South Carolina (in good standing)Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferredFamiliarity with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredAbility to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekendsCompassion for an underserved populationWe are an equal opportunity employer.
