Research & Insights Expert – PowerPoint Review & Reconstruction

Job Summary

We are looking for Research & Insights Experts to support a project focused on reviewing, reconstructing, and enhancing executive-level business presentations. You will apply your expertise in market research, consumer insights, analytics, presentation design, and data visualization to transform research-based slides into clear, compelling presentations.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconstruct research and insights slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Work with materials such as research reports, survey results, segmentation analyses, and competitive landscapes.
• Improve slide design, visual hierarchy, data visualization, and storytelling while preserving research accuracy and intent.
• Edit and refine slide content to improve clarity, structure, and executive-level communication.
• Create detailed logs explaining changes made and the reasoning behind elements that were improved or preserved.
• Maintain research context, definitions, methodological considerations, and important caveats.
• Apply effective visual storytelling, message hierarchy, supported titles, and appropriate exhibit selection.
• Participate in task-based, sprint-driven workflows, with each slide engagement typically requiring 1–2 hours.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or related research disciplines.
• Proven experience creating or refining executive- or client-facing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization and presentation design principles.
• Experience with slide reconstruction and research-focused storytelling.
• Excellent critical-thinking and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and written communication abilities.
• Ability to explain and justify research, design, and messaging decisions.
• Strong understanding of research methodology and accurate representation of insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a research or insights practitioner, consultant, or industry professional.
• Background in consumer research, quantitative research, or business analytics.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development.
• Strong ability to translate complex research findings into clear executive-level presentations.
