Responsibilities

Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails
Answer customer questions and provide price quotes
Work with clients to finalize customization details and artwork on orders (working with our graphic design team
Interact with appropriate departments to expedite orders and resolve customer issue
Ensure accurate and complete information captured for all projects
Coordinate projects to meet deadlines
Troubleshoot and solve client issues
Establish and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

Promotional products experience a plus
Must possess strong communication skills and deal with clients in a professional manner
Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
Must be detailed oriented and well organized
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office Suite Proficient
