Warranty Supervisor

As a Warranty Supervisor at Ryan Homes , an NVR brand, you will provide excellent service to customers and their homes. You will use your construction industry experience to manage NVR company warranties and address customer concerns promptly and courteously. Primary Responsibilities Schedule and perform final inspections after a customer's new home settlement Reply to incoming customer calls within 24 hours and provide prompt resolution of customer concerns Review service issues related to production technique and products, providing recommendations for improvement when appropriate Provide status updates to division management team weekly Qualifications 2+ years of prior experience in construction Strong time management & organizational skills Current Driver’s License Customer relations experience a plus Benefits In addition to our standard benefits, NVR offers a New Home Purchase Discount and a Mortgage and Settlement Services Discount when purchasing a home. Position pays between $78,000 and $85,000 per year. Drug Testing and Credit Check are required.
