Strategic In-House Counsel, U.S. & Canada Compliance

A global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel (In-House Attorney) in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal experience, managing various legal and compliance matters across U.S. and Canadian operations. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, overseeing corporate governance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with HQ in Korea are essential. A J.D. degree is required, with bilingual skills in Korean preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr DHD Consulting
