Key Responsibilities Responsible to meet production daily goals while driving cost-effectiveness and ensuring work is done in a safer manner. Adjust headcount to meet changes in demand. Manages a team of supervisors to ensure all quality-related items are complete and documented. Directs cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost-effectiveness. Directs scheduling to meet production targets. Sets the sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to optimize productivity. Leads materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure the availability of materials and smooth operations. Manages multiple cells' performance and productivity to maximize productivity. Directs production innovation, including additive manufacturing, to enhance production capabilities. Liaises with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of experience in a leadership role with technical responsibilities in manufacturing operations. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills combined with minimum 8 years in operations management. Lean Manufacturing-Six Sigma-Kaizen-5S experience is highly desirable. Candidate must have a working knowledge of ISO and operations management best practices. Demonstrates a balance of robust analytical, written, and verbal communications skill.
