Must be located in the DFW Area.

PLEASE NOTE: Salary range includes potential performance bonuses. Base salary will be lower, but total compensation will be at least in the range listed, if not higher, depending on the candidate's and team's performance. Meaning: YOU are in control of making more money!

Compensation:

$95,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

This associate will be responsible for all aspects of clients’ cases, including:

• Conducting initial consultations and devising strategies

• Delegating work to case managers and legal assistants and monitoring their work

• Assessing probate strategies and managing probate cases and hearings

• Advising on entity formation and business contracts

• Leading and participating in final meetings with clients

• Drafting, drafting, and drafting

• Assist with marketing by networking, writing articles, and conducting speaking engagements

• Must use Oxford Comma and pay great attention to detail in the spelling of names of team members and clients

Qualifications:

Our preferred candidate:

• Is an active member of the State Bar of Texas
• 3+ years experience in estate planning, probate, and business law is preferred!
• Believes that your attitude is a reflection of your integrity and character
• Has the capacity to handle cases and clients independently (after an extensive period of orientation, training, and monitoring work)
• Will contribute their own answers and solutions when they have questions
• Shows compassion when dealing with clients and has a talent for winning their confidence and respect
• Someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a thriving practice
• Is willing to work hard to see that clients receive top-notch service and results
