Picture a typical day: you roll up to a home, greet the customer with clear, friendly communication, and dive into a challenging issue. You connect gauges, leverage your combustion analyzer and electrical meter, evaluate airflow with specialized balancing tools, and quickly zero in on the cause—whether it’s a fuel delivery hiccup, a refrigerant imbalance, or an electrical control fault. By the time you leave, comfort is restored and the customer understands exactly what was done and why.

What You’ll Tackle

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through precise, efficient service and transparent communication.
• Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of residential systems: traditional forced-air furnaces and A/C, steam boilers, hot-water/hydronic equipment, oil-fired units, high-velocity systems, ductless mini-splits, and more.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to solve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges unique to residential equipment.
• Keep meticulous records of every visit and manage truck stock so flat-rate repairs can be completed without delay.
• Educate homeowners on opportunities to upgrade safety, efficiency, and overall comfort.
• Support and coach junior service technicians to help them grow.
• Follow established service-department procedures and administrative workflows.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• Working knowledge of industry best practices and applicable building codes.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.

Physical Demands

• Capability to service HVAC equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Extended periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder work.
• Comfort working outdoors in both hot and cold conditions.
• Able to hear and speak clearly to exchange information.
