Senior Benefits Analyst Remote Open Enrollment

Magnit is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support U.S. Open Enrollment and core benefits operations in a fully remote role aligned to ET zone hours. You will serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, manage leave administration, new-hire benefits, vendor billing, and payroll-related files. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in benefits administration, hands-on Open Enrollment experience, strong Excel/HRIS skills (bswift preferred), and the ability to work independently in a #J-18808-Ljbffr
