WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to collaborate with the Store Manager to plan activities and take actions based on analyses of KPIs. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role by: Managing and executing omni channel services Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere

Specific personal qualities for this role: Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets Responsive and ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner Understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising Specific experience and knowledge for this role: Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling Analysing retail KPIs Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements) What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
