Leadership: Ultimately responsible for all workflow and customer service standards compliance for Service Teams. Provide leadership to team members through consistent meetings to provide ongoing training and development opportunities; recognize opportunities for growth; assist in their expansion of industry knowledge to better serve our clients. Drive results and provide governance of strategic initiatives. Work closely with the Leadership Team to support and develop agency initiatives. Foster positive working relationships with Clients, Producers, and Client Advisor teams. Manage P&L for the market and provide updates to Leadership Team. Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Ownership of vendor / partner relationships by market (i.e., Denver) Ownership of EPIC metrics for measuring revenue. Partner with Producers to meet clients and bring in new business. Actively participate in IMA management meetings. People Management: Provide leadership to team members through consistent meetings to provide ongoing training and development opportunities; recognize opportunities for growth; assist in their expansion of industry knowledge to better serve our clients. Strategic assignment and reassignment of business with Account Executives, as needed throughout the year, contemplating growth, shifts in service center business and development of associate knowledge / expertise and opportunity. Responsible for day-to-day coaching and management of team including escalated client, carrier and accounting issues. Manage PTO approval, performance reviews, timecards, back-up plans. Serve as gatekeeper for complaints / challenges (client, producer, marketing, etc.) or E&O related matters. Account Service: Manage a small book of business and build relationships with clients.
