Chief People and Culture Officer

Omnisage LLC, a pioneering force in the Artificial Intelligence & ML sector and the company behind Scovai — an AI-powered talent acquisition platform — is seeking a visionary Chief People and Culture Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the human foundation of a fast-scaling AI company from the ground up, partnering directly with the CEO to build world-class teams, define organizational culture, and architect the people strategy that will power both Omnisage and the Scovai platform through its next phase of growth.
As CPCO, you will own the full spectrum of people operations: designing and executing HR transformation strategies, leading talent acquisition and retention initiatives tailored to the competitive AI and tech landscape, and building a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance. You will drive organizational design as the company scales, implement robust performance management systems, and lead leadership development and C-suite coaching programs. Your expertise in change management will be critical as Omnisage evolves rapidly, and your familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools will position you to leverage Scovai's own capabilities internally.

Experience building organizational culture in high-growth AI/ML or tech startups Familiarity with global talent acquisition strategies across multiple geographies (EMEA, APAC, Americas) Track record of implementing scalable HR technology platforms and people analytics Background in executive coaching or leadership development programs Experience navigating remote-first or distributed team structures
