Residential Framer / Framing Carpenter - Full Time Verity Construction Ltd. - Westshore (Langford / Colwood), BC Verity Construction is hiring full-time Residential Framers / Framing Carpenters for steady, long-term work on large residential subdivisions in the Westshore area (Langford and Colwood). Our sites are well-organized with transparent plans, material staging, and a strong focus on safety and quality. Experienced framers who can assist with layout, lead small crews, or take responsibility for sections of a house are encouraged to apply. We are looking for reliable individuals who show up on time, work hard, and take direction from the foreman. Responsibilities Frame single-family homes and townhouses Layout and build walls, floors, and roof systems Install engineered floor systems, beams, and structural components Read and follow construction drawings and layouts Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all site safety procedures and requirements Requirements Experience in residential framing Comfortable working on production residential sites (houses or townhomes) Experience reading framing plans and completing wall and floor layout (strong asset) Ability to show up on time every day Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to take direction and communicate with the team Ability to perform physical construction work Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Willing to work overtime when required Job Details Full-time position Work on large residential subdivisions (houses and townhomes) Projects located in the Westshore area (Langford and Colwood) Competitive wages based on experience, skill, and work ethic: $18.00-$35.00 per hour Start date: Immediate Work location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
