The La Quinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Mount Laurel/Moorestown , a part of Lahn Hospitality and Amusement Group, is seeking a part-time Room Attendant for its dual branded hotel.

• The LaQuinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay property will be a select service hotel complete with 125 rooms, an indoor swimming pool, exercise gym, a meeting space, and limited food service including breakfast buffet.

Position Description

We are looking for a customer service professional to join our Dual Branded LaQuinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay Mount Laurel/Moorestown!

As a key member of the team, the Room Attendant has influence and accountability for the day to day guest experience in the hotel. Reporting to the Operations Supervisors, the Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the highest of customer service to help the property to achieve its business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including but not limited to guest supplies cleaning supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• May be required to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room to conduct deep cleaning.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reading and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Rate: $16.00

In the fall of 2023 LHAG opened its first dual branded hotel, La Quinta and Hawthorn Suites, complete with 125 rooms and the first in the area to combine two different Wyndham brands.
