We're looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician with at least 3 years of experience to support and improve complex production systems. This is not a Tier 1 automotive employer — expect a supportive, employee-focused environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on multi-craft maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• PLC troubleshooting experience (preferably Allen-Bradley)
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
• Associate's degree or Mechatronics certification highly preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screening

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Lead continuous improvement projects and manage spare parts inventory
• Respond to equipment failures quickly and effectively
• Mentor junior technicians and foster a collaborative team environment
