Agile Value Orchestrator
SOUTHERN GLAZER'S WINE & SPIRITS
Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is looking for a Value Orchestrator. In this hybrid role, you will lead Agile practices and collaborate closely with product teams to maximize value delivery. You will facilitate Agile adoption, coach teams, and design methods for enhancing organizational agility. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery manager, with a strong growth mindset and a familiarity with digital product environments. This position involves a range of responsibilities, including educating teams, aligning initiatives with organizational goals, and visualizing value streams.
