Full-Time CSR at Rochester Collision Center

Rochester Collision Center, part of Rochester Motor Cars Family, is currently looking for a full-time CSR for our fast-paced Collision Center. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task and have the willingness to learn and adapt.

Role Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology and procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Valid state drivers license & ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required

Job Description

• Assist guests in person and over the phone
• Checking in and out for insurance and customer pay claims
• Checking in and out rentals
• Accepting and receipting payments
• Assist Collision Center manager in tasks he assigns
• Creating and closing insurance, customer, and inter-company repair orders
• Creating and closing reconditioning service repair orders
• Maintain and track rental vehicles
• Order office and other miscellaneous supplies
• Miscellaneous duties
• Pays attention to detail
