About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the next phase of brand and demand growth. The successful candidate will be a modern consumer marketer, adept at building a repeatable demand-generation engine through social, digital media, content, and experimentation. This role demands a leader who can think beyond traditional brand management, with a focus on strategic marketing that drives consumer demand, awareness, and measurable growth. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, building and scaling various consumer-driven programs, and connecting marketing activities to meaningful business metrics and ROI. A key aspect of the role is to shape compelling brand positioning and storytelling, guiding integrated marketing across various channels, and continually refining strategy based on consumer behavior and market insights. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive consumer marketing experience, with a proven track record in building or scaling consumer demand. The role requires a leader with strong experience in modern social and digital marketing, including consumer-acquisition strategies such as influencer and community marketing. The ideal candidate will have a builder's mentality, be adept at using testing, data, and KPIs to drive investment decisions, and have the ability to explain in detail the strategies that have led to commercial success. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners are essential. Experience in high-growth consumer product categories is a plus, but the focus is on the candidate's ability to create a consumer growth engine and understand the underlying principles of its success.
