Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA licensure in the state of Texas
• Prior experience supporting speech and language services in educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working with diverse K-12 students
• Ability to take direction from supervising SLPs and collaborate effectively with school staff
• Organized, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing individualized goals and treatment plans for students
• Carry out direct therapy sessions under the supervision of an SLP
• Prepare and organize materials for therapy activities
• Collect data and document student progress accurately
• Support IEP processes by providing timely and detailed updates
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages each students communication growth
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as required
