Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy services for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain up-to-date records according to district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and parent communications
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to support academic and social growth
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students
