Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students, families, and staff
• Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech/language and communication disorders
• Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain thorough documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic success
• Provide both group and one-on-one therapy sessions within the school environment
• Educate and empower staff and families with resources and strategies for continued student growth
• Track progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to student evaluations and meetings
