This position plays a pivotal role in the operational efficiency of healthcare services delivery and requires individuals who are detail‑oriented, adaptable, and equipped with the necessary experience and skills to handle the demands of a dynamic healthcare environment. Qualifications Job Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience in a hospital registration setting or urgent care preferred. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in patient admission. Technical Skills: Computer proficiency includes word processing and patient accounting system. HIPAA and PCI compliance required. Insurance knowledge preferred. Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient. Some positions may require accurate interpretation and translation in a bilingual targeted language.
