Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Whole Hearted Therapeutics, your key responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops as required, focusing on skill development and fostering stronger family dynamics.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational protocols, ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to integrate physical and mental health strategies for optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents. Qualifications\n
