This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs. Develop and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements. Analyze data to track progress and make informed adjustments to treatment strategies. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of plans. Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals. Maintain high clinical and ethical standards throughout all interactions and services. Qualifications and Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory. Experience in providing ABA services, particularly with children and young adults. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
