Santon Plumbing & Heating is a growing, family-owned plumbing and HVAC company serving Central Massachusetts. We're looking for a licensed Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that values professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service.

What You'll Do
- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repairs, and installations.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide quality solutions.
- Install water heaters, fixtures, pumps, water treatment systems, gas piping, and drain systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite.
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff.
- Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of plumbers.
What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
