Services Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Services Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Ensures resident needs are effectively met by advocating for high-quality support and fostering a culture of advocacy among staff. Lead a multidisciplinary team— including DSP/ILS, maintenance, and safety personnel—by overseeing recruitment, training, and ongoing supervision. Maintaining the livability and safety of our brand-new facility, coordinating essential maintenance services, and providing timely property updates to the NCEP Director to ensure operational excellence.
