Account Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and relationship-driven Account Specialist to support key client accounts and serve as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and business partners. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day account activities, supporting client needs, coordinating projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate customer requests, order status updates, project timelines, and issue resolution activities.

• Work closely with sales, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to support account management and strengthen business relationships.

• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and account reviews for clients and management.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and proactively resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Support business development initiatives and help identify opportunities for account growth.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, client relations, business operations, or a related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.

• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing customer-facing responsibilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Ohio and Tennessee.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Korean-English proficiency is a plus.

• Experience supporting manufacturing, automotive, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or industrial clients.

• Experience coordinating projects and working cross-functionally with multiple departments.

• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business management systems.
