Automotive Painter

Job Summary Service Center Mobile - Government Bl positions an Automotive Painter to perform all‑purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to: preparing color tint to match paint color, mixing paint colors, ensuring all formulations, preparations, top coating and curing meet original equipment manufacturer (OEM) recommended standards for proper application sequence, timing and materials usage, ensuring that all paint operations are complete, all masking is removed, and all prior paint‑related disassembly has been reassembled prior to returning the vehicle to the body technician. Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per Flag Hour (may be removed if not located in a Salary Transparency State). Responsibilities Prepare color tint and mix paint colors in accordance with OEM specifications. Ensure all paint operations are complete, masking is removed, and prior disassembly is reassembled. Return vehicle to body technician after completing paint refinishing tasks. Requirements 3+ years experience in paint operations within a collision center. Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Abilities / Skills Perform consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
