Part-Time Clerical & Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Administration: Process membership billing, generate monthly reports, and prepare invoices accurately for payment.
- Payroll Support: Summarize, verify, and organize employee payroll documentation.
- Office Organization: Maintain, audit, and organize physical and digital filing systems and historical club records.
- General Clerical Duties: Support daily office operations and handle basic administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Strong written and interpersonal communication skills for interacting with club members and staff.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of accuracy when managing financial documents.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Software Familiarity: General comfort with computer systems; experience with dedicated business or accounting software is a strong plus.
