What You Will Be Doing Controlling the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial outreach to onboarding completion. Facilitating assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility prior to proposing solutions or advising on progression. Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent status tracking and timely follow‑up. Directing campus visits, observation experiences, and enrollment dialogues that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles. Sustaining precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting accuracy, prioritization discipline, and service excellence. What You Won’t Be Doing Executing volume‑driven or aggressive closing strategies. Accepting families with poor alignment purely to satisfy enrollment targets. Overseeing a sizable staff or operating within complex hierarchical structures. Transferring responsibility for family experience across multiple departments. Operating remotely. This position requires campus presence by necessity. Director Of Guest Relations Key Responsibilities Direct and implement a relationship‑centered, standards‑driven enrollment process that secures well‑matched families while safeguarding the credibility and effectiveness of the Alpha educational model. Basic Requirements 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences organizational reputation (education, high‑end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or owner‑managed client services). Proven accountability for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment pathway from initial engagement through onboarding. Track record managing 20+ simultaneous client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization methodology. Capacity to supply specific instances of advisory decision‑making, including occasions when you counseled against your offering due to misalignment. Professional correspondence experience with C‑level executives, affluent clients, or discerning stakeholders. Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Malibu, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or Santa Barbara, CA. Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Nice-to-have Requirements Background in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment management. Professional experience in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or senior executive support functions. History developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks. Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment quality rather than merely velocity.
