Lead Golang Developer We are looking for a Lead Golang Developer now. Responsibilities Lead the design, development and maintenance of scalable, high-performance backend services using Go (Golang). Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards. Architect and implement distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native solutions. Communicate with the front‑end team to ensure proper API integration. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on resolving system bottlenecks. Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy. Requirements 6+ years of experience in backend development with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong expertise in Go (Golang), including concurrency patterns, performance optimization and idiomatic Go practices. Experience designing and building distributed, scalable and high-performance systems. Practical experience with Angular (a strong plus). Hands‑on experience with Apache Kafka, including configuration, tuning and monitoring. Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
